FAQ: Adding a photo or document to a patient's file

Option 1: from the section "Docs" in the patient file
The procedure is the same on a computer or on a tablet/phone. Click on the "+" in the "Docs" section and choose a file on your computer. On the phone, you will have the option to activate the camera to take a picture.
You will have to give it a name to save it. You will also be able to change the date (it will default to today's date) and check one or more labels.
Option 2: from the visit
When you are in a note, in the "Forms and Attachments" section, click on "Attach" :
In the next window, click to choose a file on your computer or to take a picture with your phone.
You will need to give it a title/name to save it. Here again, you will be able to change the date (it will default to today's date) and check one or more labels. It will be added in the visit and in the list of Documents.
