Always on the lookout for innovation!

At Info-Data, we're constantly looking for ways to improve. Our team always keeps in mind that the software must be both easy to use and complete in its functionalities. We make sure that the changes we make appeal to as many people as possible. This is quite a challenge, given the software's many possible uses. It's not easy to reconcile everyone's ideals, but it's always our priority!

Teamwork is good for everyone!

The Ofys team has always enjoyed working in collaboration with its customers. We're good listeners, and believe that every good idea deserves to be shared. Many exchanges with users have led us to develop new functionalities!

Results follow-up, which has just been added to the software, is a fine example of successful cooperation with our clients. This new module was integrated thanks to the suggestion of doctors who expressed their desire to have a tool that would enable them to track their requisitions more easily.

The programmers reflected on the best way to meet this need expressed by users. It is not always easy to figure out how to integrate new functionalities, but the programmers at Info-Data are creative and always come up with solutions. A functionality has been developed to track a requisition from the moment it is created to the moment the results are received. This function, which is easy to integrate into your workflow, allows you to indicate when you expect a result. After the deadline, if you have not indicated that the result has been received, the patient will appear in your dashboard under "Late results". For clinicians, this hourglass-shaped icon makes it much easier to keep track of requests, enabling them to be even more rigorous in their practice, without adding a huge amount of time to their already busy days.


The clinical prevention module, which indicates the recommended follow-ups for each patient according to age, gender, risk factors and date of last follow-up, is another example of a feature developed in response to customer feedback. Included in this list are preventive follow-ups for colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, type 2 diabetes and immunizations, and many others.

We love spreading the word

When new features are developed, we like to make sure that as many people as possible can use them. We use a variety of methods when it comes to explaining the new possibilities integrated into Ofys. Using video tutorials, we can share new features with our users quickly and efficiently.

We also like to visit clinics to pass on as much information as possible about the different functions offered by Ofys. We like to share tips and tricks that can facilitate the work of both secretaries, doctors and other healthcare professionals. At the same time, it allows us to talk to our users and better understand their reality. All questions are welcome at these meetings! They're enriching, but above all very stimulating moments that remind us, in a concrete context, why we love working in this field so much.
