The clinical prevention module can now send automatic messages to your patients to inform them that it is time to book an appointment for cervical cancer screening. This new feature facilitates preventive care and reduces administrative work!
In addition, certain lab values relating to preventive follow-ups are now displayed on the follow-up in question! A simple click saves them as completed follow-ups. -

2023Family management
Access to children's Sofy accounts has been simplified for parents!
Parents can now access the Sofy patient portal of their children under the age of 14, if the clinic gives them access. For people over 14, it is also possible to delegate access to a responsible person (e.g., for incapacitated persons or seniors).Two-factor authentication
To enhance the security of your account, you can now activate two-factor authentication. This feature, which is increasingly used to protect against cyber-attacks, acts as a double check on your identity. This security tool is easy to use and available to all our users. You can activate it now!

2023Discover the portal Sofy - Rendez-vous Hub
Sofy - Rendez-vous Hub is connected to the provincial appointment orchestrator. This now enables patients to search for an appointment among all the appointments available on the government platform! Patients also have direct access via their patient portal.
For clinics, this new feature gives access to automatic appointment confirmation by text message. This portal also centralizes your service offering, making the process even more user-friendly! -

2023Expecting results
A great new feature that allows you to indicate when you should receive a result for a requisition; after that date, if you have not indicated that it is received, the patient will appear in your dashboard in "late results".
The new smart billing chit from fact.net is linked to Ofys, allowing you to bill directly from your EMR!

2023Clinical prevention module
Consult the "Preventive follow-ups" section of the file to see which follow-ups are recommended for your patient, according to their age, sex, risk factors and the date of the last follow-up done. You will find in this list preventive follow-ups for colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, type 2 diabetes and immunizations, and many others.

Tracking of results
It is possible to track any lab test of your choice for a patient! For example, track their hemoglobin result and the most recent value will always be visible above their summary, and giving you direct access to the clinical follow-up graph.

The FMP billing software is now integrated with Ofys! FMP is a RAMQ billing software used by many billing agencies, including DBS and Medijuris. Fill out your billing chit directly from your EMR and send it to your billing agency in one click.
FMP is owned by Facturation.net, and integration between Ofys and the fact.net software will also be available in the coming months. Stay tuned! -

A major asset in the context of a pandemic !
Ofys and the Sofy Patient Portal now allow you to send messages to your patients securely. Any user in the clinic can send messages and documents, including results and exam requests, and you are notified when the patient has read their message. Data is protected and stored securely.
Eventually, patients will also be able to write to the clinic (if the clinic allows it), update their demographic information and fill out forms. -

2019Quick and easy online booking
SofyExpress is the simplest and quickest way to make an appointment online. Through a page on your clinic’s website, the patient simply enters his health insurance number and can register for the next appointment available online with his family doctor.
The patient only needs his health insurance number ; no need to register on a portal and remember a password. The clinic retains full control of the time slots distributed online, and only the clinic’s patients will be able to make an appointment.

Electronic signature
With Ofys, your signature appears on your prescriptions and forms automatically. This goes hand in hand with the integrated fax ; you can now send your signed forms and prescriptions directly from the EMR ! Through the portal, patients can schedule appointments with their doctor or for the walk-in clinic, while being able to access their list of future appointments. This way, no excuse for the forgetful! -
2015Did you know?
Since 2015, you can send patients an appointment confirmation by email and text message. A personalized confirmation message even allows you to remind your patients of important information, such as your cancellation policy. What's more, when the patient confirms, the appointment automatically becomes "confirmed" in Ofys!
