We are looking for a Support and Training Specialist, a true product expert, to help our users adopt and make the most of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

What you’ll do on a daily basis


As a key point of contact, you’ll play an essential role in the client experience. You’ll work directly with medical teams to assist, train, and support them in using our software.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Becoming an expert in our in-house software;
  • Providing technical and functional support to users (calls, emails, Teams);
  • Training and supporting medical teams remotely and occasionally on-site;
  • Taking part in software implementation projects in new clinics;
  • Contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Working closely with a passionate and collaborative team;
  • Collaborating with the product team;
  • Carrying out other related tasks as needed.
